ahousenearyou Movie ReviewRocky And Bullwinkle
After bypassing Rocky and Bullwinkle at the cinemas, it seemed like perfect Sunday night viewing. Sunday nights I look for a film that is pretty easy on the brain. Something that will distract me from my empty life while I wade through the low after a heavy weekend and get me through to a time where I'm capable of sleeping. I've watched some poor movies on Sunday nights, anything by Adam Sandler or a Saturday Night Live cast member is good on a Sunday night, pretty much anything will do, it just needs to have a little bit of a story line and a few jokes. Rocky and Bullwinkle however was a total and utter dissapointment, even in my mush brain state this movie provided little... so very little. It promised so much though, it had stars... Deniro, Jason Alexander, Rene Russo. Perhaps the only character that held their own was Piper Parabo (whom I've never heard of), she played FBI agent Karen Sympathy , she was meant to be cute and loveable... I found her cute and loveable, so I figure she did her job. There were quite a few cameos in this piece of slop too, I guess they all like Rocky and Bullwinkle and a kid, and they figured by destroying it for the new generation they wouldn't have to share the joy. I am at a loss for why they made this movie, it really was poor... damn poor. I have a renewed faith in the quality of "The Search For The Ladel of Zendar" If you're going to watch this movie, don't hire it... buy it from Amazon, so we at least get something out of it. That way, us watching it won't be a total and utter waste of time. Rating out of 7 7's.
